Several of our V.I.P. MEMBERS have contacted us recently saying that they are still enjoying and getting compliments on their Lisa Carlson Jewelry of the last 25 years. They have asked how they may rejuvenate or repair their favorite pieces. Here is what you can do. . .
We will rejuvenate and repair all Lisa Carlson Jewelry, free of charge, as we always have.
A minimal $5 return shipping fee will allow us to return the item to you in a traceable manner.
(We'll waive the $5.00 return shipping fee when it's in conjunction with a new purchase of $50 or more since we can consolidate the packages into one.)
Please give us a "heads up E-mail" when you ship it so we can be expecting it. Nothing is due until we complete the rejuvenations.
We will E-mail you, when the repairs are ready for return. simply add the $5 return shipping item (RRJ 005) to your cart to cover return shipping.
If you purchase $50 or more of new merchandise simply disregard the $5 return shipping fee and both items will ship for free.
